This is Amelia, my first-born. Although she's only three, she has a huge passion for food... she loves it. She loves eating and she's always in the kitchen with me, asking, "mummy can I help?" and "mummy I wanna cook!" 

At first I was a bit skeptical (which parent wouldn't be?) But I remembered... I was just the same... much older, (8) but the enthusiasm ..... She has it, and if that's what makes her happy, I will support and teach her. Oh how I enjoy those times when she's in the kitchen with me; making cakes, cookies, mac and cheese, (her favourite) and eating all the raw veggies I intend to use in my recipes....Ahhh, Good times...

Now, I've decided to dedicate part of this site to my Amelia and the things that she loves to cook. As she learns, so will you... It's going to be quite the experience!!!
